We know SSB from online at the DIS.

Being a local and a guy we figured SSB would have a line on where to buy good beer.

Rather than just let us know he went out an ordered a case if Blackened Voodoo
and delivered it to our hotel, (after playing in Epcot with us for an evening.)

It also seems that when we stayed at the Swan we somehow mysteriously ended up in a very much more cool room than we had booked.
