We use Comcast for Internet service. They stink. They are the worst. Never use them if you have an alternative. They go down regularly and the help line doesn't help much. OK they don't help at all but if you call a few times you will find they do have imagination as they makeup an new excuse each time. Be prepared to reboot they like you to do that a lot. The help line will apologize profusely, they are well practiced at that. It will not mean anything 'cause management doesn't let them help but the can pass the buck like politicians. 

If you really need help call 215 655 1700 and ask for the executive complaint group. The executive offices are in Philadelphia so naturally the executive complaint group is in Delaware. In all fairness Dave Schumann in the executive complaint  group will go out of his way for you.
There is always an exception to prove the rule.

When the executive office is closed and I can be ticked off all weekend with no one to reach out and yell at.
