Place your BetsWe use Comcast for Internet service. They stink. They are the worst. Never use them if you have an alternative. They go down regularly and the help line doesn't help much. OK they don't help at all but if you call a few times you will find they do have imagination as they makeup an new excuse each time. Be prepared to reboot they like you to do that a lot. The help line will apologize profusely, they are well practiced at that. It will not mean anything 'cause management doesn't let them help but the can pass the buck like politicians.
